Order Processing

  • Orders are processed [within 1–2 business days] (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after [12pm] are processed the next business day.

  • If we expect delays (e.g., stock, carrier disruption), we’ll update this page and your order email. 

Where We Ship

  • United Kingdom (mainland GB + NI): we ship across the UK. If certain postcodes/regions are excluded or surcharged (e.g., Islands/Highlands), we’ll state this upfront at checkout and below.

Services, Prices & Estimates

We offer the following options at checkout:

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email (and tracking link for tracked services) once your order leaves us.

  • The parcel is our responsibility until you (or a nominated person) receive it. If an item is late, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll resolve it. UK law places delivery risk with the retailer until receipt; default delivery period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Issues (Late, Missing, Damaged)

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimate + 5 working days, email [info@shlaggy.store] with your order number.

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Carriers have compensation windows; reporting promptly helps us process claims (e.g., Royal Mail sets specific timelines).

Pre-orders & Made-to-Order

  • Not applicable at launch. If we offer pre-orders later, we’ll provide specific lead times on product pages and here.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO, parcel lockers, or freight forwarders at launch.

  • Hazardous items: not applicable (T-shirts). If restrictions change, we’ll update this page.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Please see our Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers buying online have cancellation rights and refunds within set timeframes when returning within policy; we’ll also refund the basic outbound shipping where required.
